The portable electronic equipment Lending Facility

General information
Students and staff with disability visual or auditory disability and persons with manual disability can borrow the following portable electronic devices:
  • notebook computers,
  • sound-based reading programs Windows-Eyes and Jaws,
  • Braille notebooks (Braille Lite 40),
  • speaking notebooks (Braille’n Speak, Kajetek),
  • Braille monitors,
  • enlarger programs Zoom Text,
  • alternative keyboards,
  • Head Mouse,
  • MyszOnki,
  • e-beam systems reading script from white boards into a computer,
  • FM auditory aid systems.
A form of request you can download here or obtain in the Office for Persons with Disabilities.

The equipment is borrowed for one academic year, and for this reason students should address their request in advance.

In the academic year 2006/2007 the deadline for request is until 5-th October 2006.
