Special scholarships for students with disabilities

General information

Students with disabilities, who have a statement on their degree of a disability, are eligible to receive a  special scholarship on a basis of bearing additional expenses because of the disability. The requirement for obtaining  this scholarship is to present in our Office a statement on a disability and to file a request for granting a special scholarship.

Special scholarships in the academic year 2006/2007

On 10-th May 2006 the Decree no. 15 of the Rector introduced  new regulations for granting and paying off  a financial assistance benefits. According to these regulations, all students who want to receive the special scholarship in an academic year 2006/2007, should file at the OPD a suitable application up to 10-th October 2006 ; with their statement on a disability. 

The scholarship will be paid starting from 2006,  with a compensation for October.

In case of filing the application up to the 10 day of each consecutive month of the academic year the scholarship is paid starting from a month when the application was filed. If this deadline was not observed, a payment starts from the next month, without a compensation for the previous months.

Persons whose document confirming their health situation expired, are also obliged to deliver their current statement of a degree of a disability.
